We are a fast-growing fintech brokerage specialising in business loans, helping UK companies secure the funding they need to grow. With 1,000s of clients and over £1 Billion in funding search volume are looking to scale rapidly in 2025.

To support this growth, we're hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of key operational functions, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.

As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the CEO and sales team to optimise workflows, improve CRM usage, and enhance the performance of our commission-based sales agents. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Operations:

• Oversee and manage the commission-based sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), set targets, and provide training and support where needed.

• Optimise CRM processes to improve lead follow-ups, re-engagement, and conversion rates.

Process & Efficiency Optimisation:

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity.

• Automate and streamline key processes to reduce manual work and enhance accuracy.

• Improve loan application and client onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless experience.

Team & Office Management:

• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking of team members.

• Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team members meet their objectives.

General Operational Assistance:

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring all teams have the resources and support needed to operate efficiently.

• Implement and maintain structured processes across departments to improve coordination and reduce inefficiencies.

• Monitor and refine internal systems, ensuring the business can scale effectively without unnecessary bottlenecks.

• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth business operations.

Job requirements

Proven experience in operations, preferably in finance, fintech, lending, or a brokerage.

Hands-on leadership style – comfortable managing day-to-day operations while driving improvements.

Strong problem-solving skills – able to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions quickly.

Highly organised and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
