When Laura launched LT Support in July 2020, she brought over 23 years of recruitment experience to the table. Starting her career at 19, Laura quickly built a reputation as a troubleshooter in the education and social care sectors. Her ability to connect the right talent with schools, nurseries, and colleges made her a standout in the industry. The Legacy of LT Support

LT Support was born out of a shared desire to redefine recruitment and create something meaningful for generations to come. With her best friend, Charlie Pazo Alonso, she established LT Support as a tight-knit, community-focused recruitment agency.

“We’re more than a recruitment agency,” Laura explains. “We give back to schools by allocating part of our margin for resources like books, Chromebooks, sensory items, and more. It’s about creating a family feel and making a real difference.”

Operating out of the cusp of London and Essex, LT Support is proudly local, multi-award-winning (Recruitment Startup of the Year, Prestige Award Winner, and GBEA Finalist), and fiercely protective of its brand. The two-person team prioritizes quality over quantity, ensuring every new hire aligns with their values and vision. “We won’t expand our team until we find the right people – we call them clones,” Laura laughs.

Navigating Challenges and Seeking Funding
